WATER QUALITY TESTING
Standalone testing available. Schedule an appointment or include with your inspection.
Why should I test my water?
Private wells are common in the Hudson Valley. When you don't have municipal water, your waters quality is your responsibility. Water quality can be effected by the environment, failure in wells and septic systems, Superfund sites, and more.

What should I test for?
Mountain Valley works with ELAP certified laboratories to deliver you accurate and professional results. Home kits aren't always accurate and won't detect contaminants like bacteria. We can help you figure out what you should consider testing for based on water quality issues (smells, appearance, texture, taste), age of your home, location of your home, and more.
Lenders and HUD often require water testing for real-estate transactions. Contact your underwriter to find out what panel they require.
